Tubulis is seeking a proactive and experienced Director of Clinical Supply Management to lead the global supply chain for our clinical trial materials (CTM). You will ensure timely and compliant delivery of investigational products to clinical sites, partnering with CMC, Clinical Operations, QA, and Regulatory Affairs.

You’ll play a key role in enabling Tubulis’ mission to advance targeted cancer therapies, ensuring uninterrupted clinical supply while supporting strategic growth into late-stage programs.

Your mission
  • Lead outsourced packaging, labeling, and distribution of CTM to support global clinical trials.

  • Ensure timely, compliant delivery of investigational products in partnership with CMC, Clinical Operations, QA, and Regulatory Affairs.

  • Translate study requirements into supply plans, manage inventory across depots, and maintain IRT systems.

  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments, providing updates to SVP CMC.

  • Procure comparator/commercial products as needed and oversee global logistics.

  • Ensure vendor compliance and collaborate with CMC/QC on expiry management.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all CTM supply chain activities and provide strategic input as programs move into late-stage development.

Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Drug Development, or related field with 12+ years’ experience in Clinical Supply Management.

  • Experience managing global clinical supply, including early- and late-phase trials and working with CMOs.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, IRT systems, and regulatory requirements (GMP, ICH, 21 CFR, Annex 13).

  • Hands-on expertise in forecasting, supply-demand planning, and inventory management.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, handle shifting priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%) and work flexible hours as needed.
