The CMC laboratory team leads and supports the development and optimization of analytical methods for our lead projects, while providing a high-standard platform for the analysis and characterization of a variety of different internal projects. Together with the whole CMC department, we plan and analyze  experiments, which support and facilitate the transition from R&D/pre-clinical projects to the CMC stage, and help to develop our technology further.

Your mission

• Support the process development and manufacturing activities with CMOs, from early PD to late stage and commercial
• Review and approve GMP documentation (batch records, change controls, reports, deviations)
• Give direction to the CMOs to support the programs in the relevant stage
• Support the authoring of regulatory documents (IND, IMPD and others)
• Manage technology transfers and support RFP processes according to business needs
• Define project timelines, budgets and deliverables for CMOs
• Communicate the project status to the relevant parties internally and externally

Your profile

Qualifications:

• Process development in the lab, must have experience in late-stage programs (use of MODDE or other DoE softwares, other process characterization tools).
• Transfer from lab to pilot or full scale GMP manufacture
• GMP manufacture documentation authoring/co-authoring, review and approval (batch records, change controls, deviations,…)
• Experience in process validation
• Perfect English fluency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of regulatory requirements (ICH guidelines, EU/US/global regulations,…)
• Analytical method development
• Experience in RFP, proposal and budgets assessments
• Experience in CMO management
• Knowledge of German
